Nestled in an ambiance that combines timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication, the bistro is designed to captivate the senses from the moment you step inside. This project was fueled by the inspiring profile of Louis Toussaint, a French/English chef known for his exquisite desserts. Raised in the culinary heart of Lyon, France, and influenced by iconic chocolatiers like Amaury Guichon, Louis created Morsel’s as a place where luxurious desserts meet the magic of childhood imagination, drawing from his favorite films like Alice in Wonderland and Willy Wonka.
